Luke Garvey is an Associate Attorney at Zacks, Freedman & Chernev, PC, where he represents property owners, businesses, and individuals in a broad range of California real estate matters. His practice includes real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, land use and zoning issues, property rights, and related civil litigation.
Before joining Zacks, Freedman & Chernev, Luke represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including real estate, landlord-tenant, land use, business, employment, and personal injury disputes. His experience spans all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation and strategic counseling through trial, administrative proceedings, and settlement negotiations. This breadth of experience enables Luke to provide clients with practical, results-oriented advice tailored to their unique legal and business objectives.
Luke earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he developed a strong foundation in litigation, advocacy, legal research, and legal writing. He also served as a staff member of the Dispute Resolution Law Journal.
A Bay Area native and San Francisco resident, Luke is proud to call the City home. Outside the office, Luke enjoys exploring San Francisco and the greater Bay Area with his fiancée, Brenna, rooting for San Francisco’s sports teams, attending live music events, and spending time with family and friends.
